My career spans six companies across four countries — from integrating airline booking data in Gurgaon to architecting a complete member technology ecosystem for a global cybersecurity certification body with hundreds of thousands of members worldwide. Along the way I've led teams spanning Frontend Engineers, Backend Developers, DBAs, QA, Build Engineers, and Integration Specialists — managed budgets up to $8M, negotiated contracts that saved millions, and built integrations that most architects have never heard of, including one of the only live implementations of Pearson VUE's RTI/RTEN API outside of Pearson itself.
Before founding eXpand Systems, I served as Director of Business Applications and QA at a global cybersecurity certification body, where I built its technology ecosystem: Salesforce as the golden record and identity hub, MuleSoft as the integration layer, Sitecore XMC as the headless CMS, CommerceTools for eCommerce, Vertex for tax, Intacct for finance, and SSO integrations connecting the platforms into a single member experience.
